Summer drink drive campaign targets young drivers

The Essex Casualty Reduction Board launched its summer drink drive campaign in Clacton last week.

The campaign comprises a two-minute film showing a group of young people drinking together, relaying the message, ‘do you know what a killer looks like?’. The film will be shown in clubs and bars across the county to emphasise the effects of alcohol and press home the fact that drivers may still be over the limit the next morning.

The campaign also includes red drink drive cards which detail how to report a drink driver.
