Hackney has more green spaces than any other inner London borough; some of the capital's finest schools; first class transport connections; excellent public services; and thriving arts, cultural and retail sectors. We seek people with ambition, creativity and commitment to ensure our economic growth provides benefits for everyone and creates opportunities to transform the lives of residents.

The position offers the chance for you to become involved in a wide range of initiatives engaging with all road users, businesses, schools, other organisations and communities across the borough. You therefore need to be highly motivated, articulate, persuasive, IT literate and a good understanding of the strategic road safety issues across London.

You will oversee the further development of the road safety education and publicity programmes. We have one of the largest LIP settlements for cycle training in London.
