Manual for developing and evaluating activities on traffic safety and mobility education<\/h3>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>The LEARN! Manual is handbook for developing and evaluating activities and programmes for traffic safety and mobility education. It sets out recommendations, criteria and guidance to develop and implement sound educational activities in an accessible way.<\/p>\n<p>The manual is envisaged as a starting point for those who design, test, implement and evaluate educational activities on traffic safety and mobility, and are embarking upon the creation of new, or updating existing, activities.<\/p>\n<p>The new resource should also be useful to ministries, authorities, schools and organisations when deciding on which activities and projects to buy or fund, as the guidelines reflect a list of minimum criteria that should be included or considered, in order to ensure high quality standards are maintained.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 class=\"entry-title\">Frank M\u00fctze, Policy and Projects Officer, European Transport Safety Council (ETSC)<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1218 alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/roadsafetygb.org.uk\/festival\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Frank_edit-002.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"534\" srcset=\"https:\/\/roadsafetygb.org.uk\/festival\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Frank_edit-002.jpg 800w, https:\/\/roadsafetygb.org.uk\/festival\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Frank_edit-002-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/roadsafetygb.org.uk\/festival\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Frank_edit-002-768x513.jpg 768w, https:\/\/roadsafetygb.org.uk\/festival\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Frank_edit-002-272x182.jpg 272w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Frank M\u00fctze joined the European Transport Safety Council (ETSC) as a Policy and Projects Officer in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>At ETSC, he manages the LEARN! project, which aims to improve traffic safety and mobility education in Europe.
