She has a background in grant-making in education, health and the arts, including roles with the Paul Hamlyn Foundation and the National Lottery Community Fund.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, Louise worked for the Charity Commission managing advice and regulation casework and for Children\u2019s Services and Youth Offending as a data and performance analyst.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright wp-image-1491\" src=\"https:\/\/roadsafetygb.org.uk\/festival\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Tanya-Qadir.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"350\" height=\"256\" srcset=\"https:\/\/roadsafetygb.org.uk\/festival\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Tanya-Qadir.jpg 750w, https:\/\/roadsafetygb.org.uk\/festival\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Tanya-Qadir-300x220.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><\/strong>Tanya Qadir, Grants Officer, Road Safety Trust<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\">Tanya works on the grants team as a grants officer. Previously, she worked for The Pharo Foundation as a grants and operations officer, managing the health and education grants portfolio.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">She worked with international organisations such as AMREF and Action Aid along with small local organisations delivering interventions across Ethiopia and Somaliland.
