CTWM is an informal partnership between local authorities in the West Midlands. It is run by local government road safety professionals specifically to provide cycle instructor training for local authorities and other government organisations.

CTWM’s training is based on the experience and knowledge of training thousands of adults and children from the West Midlands area. Courses are delivered by experienced instructors and provide trainees with sound knowledge of the subjects.

CTWM runs a variety of training courses suitable for cycle instructors of all levels. Current courses include accredited instructor training, assistant instructor training, cycle training (special education needs) and cycle maintenance and first aid courses.
