After 27 years at the helm, Dawn Boyfield MBE (right in pic) has become chairman of the CSR consultancy dbda, and a director of the TV and education group, Ten Alps.

Having founded and built dbda (now part of Bob Geldof’s Ten Alps), Dawn plans to use her new position to grow dbda internationally.

Bharti Bhikha (left in pic), who has been with dbda for 15 years, is the company’s new managing director.

Dawn Boyfield said: “Bharti combines passion to make a difference and experience in the industry with superb judgement about the right output for each customer, and understanding of client needs and target audiences. These will be great assets to the company going forward.”

Bharti Bhikha said: “I’m excited at the prospect of leading dbda as we develop new opportunities in the UK and beyond. We have a great team of staff and I’m proud to take the helm of a company which we all know has such heart and soul. Here’s to the next 27 years.”
