CAPT launches offer on parents’ booklet

In the run up to Road Safety Week 2013 (18-24 November), the Child Accident Prevention Trust (CAPT) is running a ‘buy one, get one free’ offer on its booklet for parents of younger children.

CAPT highlights the fact that parents play a vital role in road safety in terms of keeping young children safe near roads, strapping them in on every car journey, teaching them how to cross roads safely or demonstrating good road safety through their own behaviour.

CAPT describes the booklet, ‘It’s fun to go out’, as an “essential road safety resource for parents with younger children”. It uses bright illustrations to communicate key safety messages to parents – including parents with poor literacy whose children are at greatest risk of death and serious injury on the roads.

Anyone who buys a pack of 20 or 40 copies of the booklet (before 28 November) will receive an extra pack for free. Click here for more details of prices etc, or to order.
