An interactive road safety magazine has been launched with the aim of providing a ‘different and exciting way’ for organisations to share their road safety messages and missions.

‘One More Second’ has been produced by eDriving Fleet (formerly Interactive Driving Systems) and will bring its readers the latest driving, vehicle and safety related news from around the globe.

In addition to road safety news, the new publication will feature interviews with industry experts, tips for parents of teen drivers, resources for kids and teens, competitions and access to competitive insurance services.

It will also include a library of best practice guides which can be downloaded and distributed free of charge.

The magazine publisher, eDriving Fleet, specialises in fleet safety training and corporate fleet management solutions. It is also behind the Virtual Risk Manager, an online tool which has more than one million car, heavy and light commercial, bus, two wheeler and lift-truck riders, operators and drivers registered.

One More Second is also looking to encourage audience participation, with Dr Will Murray, the publication’s resident road safety doctor, answering readers’ road safety questions.

It will also provide a platform for readers to share real-life stories of incidents, collisions and near misses on the roads, while its social media pages (Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) offering additional opportunities including sharing photographs, videos and updates.

Drivers can opt-in to receiving One More Second via the magazine’s website and can also sign up to receive a monthly email bulletin.
