Road Safety GB to hold Extra-Ordinary General Meeting

10.22 | 26 October 2009 |

Road Safety GB is encouraging as many members as possible to attend an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on the morning prior to the Annual Conference on 12 November in Cambridge.

The meeting will receive a proposal from the treasurer that the annual subscription will be set at £350 for the year 2010.

In addition, the secretary will propose that, from 2010 onwards, the organisation’s AGM will be held at the same time and same venue as the Annual Conference.

Both proposals follow a period of consultation with the membership.

Other items on the agenda include a press and PR update, business plan update and discussions about Road Safety Timebank.

The meeting will be held at 11.00am on 12 November at the University Arms, Cambridge. The full agenda can be downloaded from the members’ section of this website.

For further information please contact Brian Hogarth, Road Safety GB administrator.
