Road safety professionals are being asked for their feedback about the new Road Safety Knowledge Centre (Knowledge Centre) in an online survey.

The Knowledge Centre, which was officially launched on 15 September, is a comprehensive online directory of road safety information and resources. It is owned and managed by Road Safety GB and has been developed with funding provided by DfT.

Access to the Knowledge Centre is free of charge and open to all. Currently (25/10/10) there are 614 registered users and 274 member organisations.

A test version of the Knowledge Centre, which was launched in August 2010, received almost universal acclaim.

In order to obtain further feedback and assess progress since then, the project team has commissioned a second online survey and is encouraging as many road safety professionals as possible to complete it.
