Of course he has long been an enthusiastic rider as well.<\/p>\n<p>Having identified the potential for powered, light two, three and four wheel vehicles in the future transport mix, Tony orchestrated the launch of MCIA\u2019s policy document \u201c<em>The Route to Tomorrow\u2019s Journeys<\/em>\u201d in June 2019.\u00a0 <em>The Route<\/em> was instrumental in raising MCIA\u2019s profile within national and local government and put all Powered Light Vehicles (PLVs) firmly on the transport agenda.
