The Police Service of Northern Ireland has unveiled new drug-detection kits, enabling officers to check for cannabis and cocaine at the roadside.

The Police Service of Northern Ireland is urging pedestrians, particularly older people, to be aware of their personal road safety especially when crossing roads, being mindful of increased risk around larger vehicles.  

“As we start a new year, please resolve to help prevent collisions and save lives by slowing down and paying attention.”
