Road Safety GB is inviting applications for a new Director of Communications, offering an exciting opportunity to help shape the organisation’s future communications, engagement and profile across the UK road safety sector.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and delivering Road Safety GB’s communications strategy, working closely with the organisation’s leadership, members and partners to promote best practice, support campaigns and strengthen the organisation’s voice on road safety issues.
The voluntary role offers the opportunity to lead communications across a wide range of channels, including digital platforms, media relations, events and stakeholder engagement, while supporting Road Safety GB’s wider strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will replace Bill Smith, who is stepping down after nearly five years in post.
Road Safety GB would like to pay tribute to Bill’s service to the charity, recognising the expertise and professionalism he brought to the role.
