Brake releases new ‘sleep’ resources

Brake’s Fleet Safety Forum has produced two new resources focusing on driver tiredness and sleep apnoea.

The e-guidance, entitled ‘Sleep apnoea’, gives detailed information about the condition, signs and symptoms, and guidance on how to minimise risks.

The accompanying A3 poster, featuring the headline, ‘Are you the next DEAD HEAD?” aims to raise awareness among drivers of the dangers of driving tired.
