2010 European Road Safety Awards launched

The Norauto Foundation has launched the 2010 European Road Safety Awards, with a total prize fund of €47,000 including a top prize of €9,000. 

The awards are open to private, non-profit and non-commercial organisations from across the EU that have carried out an initiative in 2009 to promote road safety.
 
This year a special category is also available for road safety initiatives ‘by young people, for young people’, with a prize of €9,000.

The closing date for entries is 26 April.
