Agilysis announces new series of free webinars

Agilysis has announced its autumn schedule of free webinars, covering issues including changing road use post pandemic and inequality in transport safety.

Since March 2020, Agilysis has been hosting a wide variety of online seminars as part of its commitment to the wider highways sector during Covid-19.

The goal has been to explore key and emerging themes in road safety and support colleagues across the sector by providing opportunity for both development and discussion.

Agilysis has now unveiled details of a series of new online sessions, taking place over the coming months. Topics include:

  • Changing road use post pandemic
  • Inequality in transport safety
  • Sessions focused on ‘what works’ in road safety
  • Older mobility

The typical session will be around 30-40 mins, involving a presentation from a member of the Agilysis team or another sector expert and a discussion of the topic at hand.

The first, titled ‘Changing road use post pandemic’, takes place on 5 October.

With traffic levels ‘allegedly back to ‘normal levels’, the session will explore the evidence available on what the ‘new normal’ is and how behaviours may have changed.

Full details of some of the upcoming sessions are now available via the Agilysis website, with more being added in the next few weeks.
