Delegates already registering for Road Safety GB national conference

12.11 | 20 April 2010 |

The delegate registration process for the 2010 Road Safety GB national conference is now well underway and a steady stream of road safety professionals have already booked their place at the event.

This year’s conference will be hosted by the Road Safety GB Mercia Region at Chesford Grange, Kenilworth, Warwickshire. The event will be held on Tuesday 16 and Wednesday 17 November 2010, commencing lunchtime on the Tuesday and ending mid afternoon on the Wednesday.

Planning for the conference is well underway and the conference team has settled on an outline agenda, which can be viewed on the conference website.

Sessions will include: ‘more with less – delivering effective road safety solutions when resources are under pressure’; ‘effective targeting – planning and executing a targeted intervention’; and ‘what’s new? – a showcase of new ideas and initiatives’.

Anyone who would like to be considered as a speaker on one of these themes should contact Tim Philpott on 07825 530346.

An exhibition will run alongside the conference, and 18 of the 20 available stands have already been snapped up by organisations keen to be represented.
