Minister backs advanced e-safety systems

Paul Clarke MP, transport minister, has stated that advanced driver assistance systems can play an ‘important part’ in improving road safety (RoadSafe News).

Speaking at the e-Safety Challenge event in Rome last week, MR Clarke said: “Advanced Driver Assistance Systems can play an important part in helping drivers use the roads more safely. I am also keen to see how these technologies could also benefit vulnerable road users such as pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists.”
