The booking process for the 2015 National Road Safety Conference is now open and Road Safety GB and Academy members are being encouraged to take advantage of the special ‘early bird’ rate.

The 2015 National Conference is being held at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham on 18-19 November. The event is being hosted and organised by Road Safety GB East Midlands region.

The 2014 conference in Brighton, which received a record attendance of more than 270 delegates, was hailed a spectacular success.

The delegate fees for 2015 have been frozen at the same rates as last year. For Road Safety GB and Academy members there is an early bird rate of £195 plus VAT which covers the two-day conference and all refreshments, overnight accommodation and the conference dinner. There are just 75 places available at this special rate and they are expected to be snapped up very quickly.

The rate thereafter for Road Safety GB/Academy members will rise to £295 plus VAT and for non-members the fee is £395 plus VAT. There are day delegate rates for either or both days.

The exhibition which runs alongside the conference was launched last week and already 11 of the companies that exhibited last year have rebooked for 2015.

The conference committee is meeting on 20 March to look at the programme/agenda and hopes by early April to be able to publish an outline agenda as well as themes etc.
