Road Safety GB is delighted to announce its next two webinars for members, taking place next week, which will provide attendees with an insight into THINK!’s upcoming drink driving campaign, and best practice when it comes to implementing School Streets schemes.

The webinars are available to all RSGB members – and will be recorded for those unable to attend on the day.

They take place on Zoom, and will both be hosted by Edward Seaman, editor of Road Safety News.

Both sessions will last 45 minutes, comprising a 20/25 minute presentation, followed by a Q&A session. Questions are welcome in advance, and can be submitted via email or on the registration links.

The double header is as follows:

Tuesday 22 July (10-10:45am)
THINK! drink-drive campaign update
Facilitated by the following members of the THINK! team: Rachel Smith (Team Lead), Deborah Owusu (Senior Campaign Manager), Binyelum Ewulluh (Campaign Manager), Rowan Hutchison (Campaign Manager).
Join the THINK! team as they take you behind the scenes of the successful 2024 Winter Drink Drive campaign, which reached young men through gaming, video platforms, podcasts, and digital radio – supported by high-impact outdoor and in-pub placements. Now, with drink-driving KSIs rising in the summer months and national police enforcement underway, the campaign is returning from 24 July to mid-September with refined targeting and media strategies informed by Post-Campaign Analysis (PCA). In this session, the team will walk you through the evaluation findings, share the strategic optimisations for this summer burst, and outline how you can get involved and amplify the message.
