15 organisations have already booked to exhibit alongside the Road Safety GB national conference in November 2010, leaving just five stands available.
The 2010 conference is being hosted by Road Safety GB Mercia Region, and will be held 16-17 November 2010 at Chesford Grange, nr Kenilworth in Warwickshire. Around 200 delegates – the same number as last year – are expected to attend.
The conference will run from lunchtime on Tuesday 16 November until around 3.30pm on Wednesday 17 November. As was the case last year, a small exhibition with around 20 stands will run alongside the conference.
The exhibition will be positioned outside the main conference room in the lobby area where delegates will take refreshments – lunch on both days, tea/coffee, and pre-dinner drinks prior to the conference dinner.
While there is ample space the organisers will be limiting the exhibition to around 20 stands in order to ensure delegates have a fair chance of visiting all stands.
Places at the exhibition are being allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis (last year it was over-subscribed).
This year there are two stand sizes on offer and a full residential package for those requiring accommodation and wishing to attend the conference sessions and conference dinner.
Prices start at £350 plus VAT, the same as last year.

Footnote: For exhibitors wishing to book their own accommodation there is a Ramada Hotel adjacent to Chesford Grange.
