Electric bicycles and mopeds: there are no ‘grey areas’
The Motorcycle Industry Association (MCIA) and the Bicycle Association of Great Britain (BA) have issued a joint statement voicing their concern that some sellers are ‘ignoring’ the rules surrounding high powered electric bicycles.
