Places remain available on a free-to-attend webinar which will provide an introduction and overview of the Road Safety GB apprenticeship qualification – which is also the subject of the latest episode of the RSGB Talk podcast.
The webinar is being facilitated by Road Safety GB in partnership with the leading UK training provider, Eden Training Solutions, who helped develop this bespoke qualification for road safety professionals as part of the Government’s apprenticeship scheme.
The qualification, ‘Delivery and Management of Safe, Sustainable and Healthy Travel’ is designed to enhance the skills of road safety practitioners working in local authorities, emergency services, the third sector and fleet management. It is available for Road Safety GB members and their employees.
The webinar is being staged to coincide with National Apprenticeship Week 2022 (7-13 Feb) and is being held twice: on Thursday 10 Feb (11.00-12.00) and Friday 11 Feb (14.00-15.00).
The webinar will cover:
- Who the qualification is intended for, and what does it cover?
- The benefits for employees and employers
- The commitment required to complete the qualification
- Who is eligible and what does it cost?
There will also be the opportunity to ask questions in an open forum session at the end of the webinar.
Attendance is free of charge and open to all, but places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
