Thanks Ed – very interesting. Congrats to Fiona and colleagues on such a quick delivery – and I’m sure she would not jeopardise quality.
My understanding is that these online courses are being offered to drivers in the NDORS system before lockdown – but not post lockdown when it will be an automatic FPN and 3 points or more. If so, that might make some drivers take note!
