Stennik has unveiled creative options for a drink drive related campaign for use in the FIFA World Cup in Brazil during summer 2014.
Simon Rawlings, project manager, said: "With England in the tournament, and all fixtures scheduled to be played during the evening, many people will be drinking alcohol while watching the games.
"This, in turn, could heighten the risk of an increase in drink driving – particularly the morning after matches when people will be making their way to work, on the school run etc."
Stennik is offering three different creative treatments for road safety teams to purchase – ‘Own goal’, ‘’Extra time & penalties’ and ‘Win, lose or draw’. Each campaign can be adapted to deliver a conventional drink drive message, or a ‘morning after’ message.
The campaigns can be purchased on an artwork-only basis for teams to arrange printing of resources locally – or printed resources can be provided. Prices start at £395 plus VAT for the artwork-only option.
The FIFA World Cup runs from 12 June to 13 July 2014. England’s Group D matches are scheduled for Saturday 14 June, 11.00pm (Italy), Thursday 19 June, 8.00pm (Uruguay) and Tuesday 24 June, 5.00pm (Costa Rica).
