Brake, the road safety charity, has announced that Road Safety Week 2011 will take place 21-27 November.

The event is open to everyone and Brake is encouraging schools, communities, companies and road safety professionals to get involved.

For this year Brake has chosen 2young2die as its theme. The 2young2die campaign aims to stop young people dying on the roads, with particular emphasis on crashes caused by young drivers – often due to speed, overtaking dangerously, drink and drugs and not wearing seat belts.
