Julie Dagnall and Claire Waterhouse, co-founders of Child Seat Safety, have joined the Good Egg Child Safety campaign.
Set up in 2011, Child Seat Safety has developed the only national accredited qualification in child seat safety awareness, which is endorsed by Which? consumer magazine and moderated by IOSH (The Institute of Occupational Safety and Health).
Julie, who has more than 20 years’ experience in road safety and is Road Safety GB’s in-car safety specialist, said: “Advice and assistance to parents on how they should be keeping their child safe on any journey is always well received, so we are really pleased to be working in partnership with the Good Egg Guide on the car seat clinics, and helping to reinforce the important messages about correct use of child seats and restraints in cars.”
Peta Comfort, campaign manager for Good Egg Child Safety, said: “The Good Egg Child Safety team is pleased to have Julie and Claire as part of our campaign – their expertise and enthusiasm will be invaluable.”
