Competition provides festive reminder

A pupil from Biggin Hill Primary School won an inter-school road safety Christmas card competition that ran across Bromley

The design by Jemma Sargeant depicts three wise men using a zebra crossing to safely deliver their gifts to baby Jesus.

Elaine Beadle, road safety manager, said: “Road safety is an all year round concern. We all know just how vulnerable our children are and this competition reminds us that even at this exciting time of year, we need to continue to teach our children to be wise about how to cross roads.”
