Cruz Control success in Southend

10.14 | 25 September 2009 |

Southend’s road safety team says it is ‘thrilled’ with the success of Cruz Control, a young driver educational day it organised on 14 September.

All 1400 16-18 year old students and teachers attended the day, which was supported by Keymed, First Car Magazine, Southend United Football Club and SADDIA.

Feedback has been as such that the team has decided to make it an annual event. In 2010 it will be presented in two half days to enable it to be offered to all Southend colleges.
