School crossing patrols and other road safety ‘unsung heroes’ could receive a garden makeover in a new series of the ITV series ‘Love Your Garden’ which is presented by Alan Titchmarsh.

Spun Gold, the production company behind the programme, specifically mentions school crossing patrols among the ‘unsung heroes’ it is looking for to feature in the programme.

Spun Gold’s press release says: “Last year Alan helped people across the country whose gardens had suffered as they coped with life’s challenges, building them a brand new outdoor space.

“Now Alan is looking for more deserving people with gardens that desperately need transforming. They could be an unsung hero or a tireless fundraiser or a family that is coping with difficult circumstances.

“Whatever the story, if you think a garden created by Alan could be a fitting way to say ‘thank you’ please contact us.”
