Delegate registration is now open for National Road Safety Conference 2025 – and exhibitors can also now book to participate in the event.

National Road Safety Conference (NRSC) is Road Safety GB’s flagship event. For the past two years, it has attracted almost 400 attendees and has sold out.

NRSC 2025 is being held at Wyboston Lakes Resort, located adjacent to the A1 between Cambridge & Bedford, on 4-5 November. It will be hosted by Road Safety GB Eastern Region, with delegate fees remaining virtually the same as last year.

Located on a 380-acre site on the outskirts of St. Neots, Wyboston Lakes is Northern Europe’s largest independently owned conference and leisure destination.

The exhibition which runs alongside the conference, is also now open for bookings. Last year 35 organisations exhibited, many of whom have already rebooked for NRSC 2025. Click here to see last year’s exhibitors.

The agenda for the event is currently under development. NRSC 2024 comprised more than 70 presentations across the Main Conference, fringe programme and workshops. Click here to see last year’s agenda and speakers.

A call for papers will be issued in the coming weeks, for people interested in delivering a presentation.

James Gibson, Road Safety GB’s executive director, said: “Since its inception in 2009, NRSC has grown into the largest dedicated event for road safety professionals here in the UK and much further afield.

“NRSC 2024 attracted attendees from across the globe – there were delegates, speakers and exhibitors from countries including Ireland, Belgium, France, Portugal, Bermuda, New Zealand, Sweden, Australia, Turkey and USA.

“We very much look forward to welcoming attendees to Wyboston Lakes later in the year.”
