Thames Valley Police develops corporate manslaughter course

Thames Valley Police have developed a new corporate manslaughter legislation (CML) course for local firms.

The course highlights the implications of poor driving skills and the risk of legal action under the Corporate Manslaughter Act. It includes a practical driving element and a session on company car drivers’ responsibilities. It also contains advice on eco-driving to help drivers reduce fuel costs and CO2 emissions.
