TV appearance for Road Safety GB chair

Alan Kennedy, chair of Road Safety GB, has appeared on LocalGov TV to discuss the challenges and opportunities for local councils to address road safety in their communities.

The programme trailer says that ‘with 3000 deaths a year on the UK’s roads and each death costing around £1.8m, local government has a crucial role in preventing road accidents’.

LocalGov TV is the online TV Channel for public service modernisation. The new and upgraded channel site allows registered users to download and keep programmes for internal presentations and education. Content is free to view online or to download and keep.
