Valentine’s gift for young drivers in Windsor and Maidenhead

13.49 | 18 February 2010 |

Working in partnership with a2om, Windsor and Maidenhead’s road safety team used a Valentine’s promotion to give prospective young drivers and passengers the opportunity to access a new driver e-learning package.

The Valentine’s card, designed to look ‘modern yet quirky’, carried details of how to log onto the free e-learning driving package, which would make a useful gift for a loved one.

The cards were distributed via sixth form centres in an envelope marked ‘For my Valentine’.

Pam McGuinness, RSO, said: "We had positive feedback from head teachers at the schools involved, and using the technology we can see how many people have taken the opportunity to log onto the learning suite."
