Westcotec will once again be a key sponsor at this year’s Young Driver Focus, taking place at the RAC Club in London on 22 May.
According to Westcotec managing director Chris Spinks, the event offers an opportunity for better understanding of the risks faced by young drivers, and for sharing a raft of innovative road safety interventions.
“We applaud the commitment from everyone attending this gathering, which for us has become an unmissable highlight of the road safety calendar,” said Chris.
“As a technology organisation with more than two decades of experience, we understand the role of high-tech solutions that can help avoid crashes and improve the chances of survival for vehicle occupants and other road users.
“We know that education is such an important part of keeping young drivers safe on the roads. Westcotec’s products are designed to educate and provide drivers with enhanced levels of information to help them make better, safer choices on their journeys.
“The line-up of speakers at Young Driver Focus is excellent, with significant shared experience in this sector and a commitment to the cause of reducing harm among a particularly high-risk group. We wholeheartedly support their efforts.”
Westcotec says it is committed to playing its part in helping as many young drivers as possible make safety their priority. This will in turn contribute to a reduction of young road traffic casualties across the country, it adds.
