Practitioners sought for behavioural science survey

11.40 | 1 July 2021 |

Road safety practitioners are being encouraged to complete a survey on the use of behavioural science in local authorities.

The survey forms part of a research project being carried out by the Centre for Behaviour Change (CBC), the Behavioural Science in Public Health Network and the Hertfordshire Behaviour Change Unit.

The project aims to further understanding of what activities behavioural science practitioners working in local authorities are being asked to do, and the degree to which they feel they have the required competencies to deliver those activities.

The results will be used to inform needs assessment for the provision of training and support for the application of behavioural science in local authorities.

The project team is asking anyone who works in a local authority and has the application of behavioural science as part of their role – either formally or informally – to complete the survey, which should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete.

The survey closes on 16 July 2021.
