Fourteen organisations – including four first time exhibitors – have already signed up for the exhibition that will run alongside the 2023 National Road Safety Conference later this year.

National Conference 2023 is being held at the De Vere Cotswold Water Park Hotel on 15-16 November. More than 240 people have already registered to attend the event, which is organised by Road Safety GB and sponsored by Jenoptik and Westcotec.

Places at the exhibition, which runs alongside the conference, are allocated on a strictly ‘first come, first served’ basis – for the past seven years it has been fully subscribed.

The exhibition will be held adjacent to the main conference hall, where delegates will take refreshments. The exhibition will be limited to around 20 stands in order to ensure delegates have a fair chance of visiting all exhibitors.

The returning exhibitors are:

  • Agilysis – transport behaviour and safety consultants
  • AG Products – suppliers of quality road safety merchandise products
  • FirstCar Media – resources, expertise and practical support for road safety teams
  • Keltic Clothing – suppliers of SCP and other road safety clothing
  • RedBox VR – virtual reality kits that are ideal for the classroom
  • Room 9 Media – safe and sustainable travel, communications and education resources
  • Solon Security – quality crime prevention and community safety products
  • The Under 17 Car Club Charitable Trust – promotes road safety through driver education among young and pre-licence drivers
  • TSO – the official publishing partner of the DVSA
  • Truvelo – road safety compliance and enforcement solutions

The new exhibitors are:

  • Acusensus UK – intelligent solutions to address road safety challenges
  • Charles Endirect Limited – design and manufacture for street lighting
  • Co-Pilot – a subscription-based library of resources
  • Fieldfisher – a European law firm with market leading practices

There is still space available at the exhibition, with booths starting from just £875 plus VAT.
