National Conference 2023 – heading for a sell out

08.45 | 13 September 2023 |

With just 15 residential places remaining, anyone thinking of booking to attend National Conference 2023 is being urged to do so sooner rather than later.

National Road Safety Conference 2023 is being held at the De Vere Cotswold Water Park Hotel on 15-16 November. The conference is co-sponsored by Jenopik, National Highways, MCIA and Westcotec.

The number of bookings has dwarfed all previous conferences. The number of attendees already stands at 340 – with more than two months until the event takes place.

Nick Rawlings, who helps manage the conference on behalf of Road Safety GB, said: “The previous record attendance was 316 at The Grand in Brighton in 2018, so to have surpassed this by some margin already is very pleasing.

“However, it leaves us with a potential problem in that there are only 15 bedrooms still available on both the evening prior to conference (14 Nov) and on 15 November.

“Once they’ve gone we won’t be able to accept any further residential bookings, but we will be OK to continue to accept day delegate bookings.

“That’s why we’re urging anyone who hasn’t yet booked to do so, as soon as possible.”

The residential package includes all conference sessions across the two days, together with accommodation and the conference dinner on the evening of 15 November.

In addition, delegates can also book B&B on Tuesday 14 November, or to attend the networking supper that same evening. Click here for full pricing details or to book a place to attend.

The conference agenda is now complete and features 60+ presentations across the Main and Fringe programmes.

In addition, 24 organisations have signed up for the exhibition which runs alongside the conference.
