Academy Behavioural Change Course – clarification from NDORS

07.48 | 3 April 2018 |

Following queries from a small number of NDORS service providers regarding the Road Safety GB Academy two-day Behavioural Change Course and its link with NDORS trainers, NDORS has now clarified the situation.

NDORS has confirmed that the course will be of value to people interested in becoming an NDORS trainer, but it does not give an NDORS qualification nor is it a requirement.

NDORS has approved the course as acceptable to become a RIDE (motorbike) course instructor or behaviour change specialist trainer.

In addition, it provides useful insight into behavioural change for people interested in delivering other NDORS courses.

Interested parties are advised to consult the NDORS person specification to review the full list of requirements for NDORS trainers.
