I am currently looking into postgrad courses and have also found the MSc in Road and Vehicle Safety at Loughborough University. http://www.lboro.ac.uk/study/postgraduate/courses/departments/design/roadandvehiclesafety/
Both courses look to have their merits for professionals across all aspects of road safety, for those of you that are interested.
