The 2015 National Road Safety Conference will be hosted by Road Safety GB East Midlands Region, and held at the East Midlands Conference Centre (EMCC) in Nottingham (18-19 Nov 2015).
The EMCC (above) is set in 330 acres of The University of Nottingham’s landscaped parkland, and can cater for between 10 and 850 delegates.
Residential delegates will be accommodated in the Orchard Hotel (below) which is adjacent to the EMCC. Opened in November 2012, this 202-bed eco-friendly hotel has been designed to maximise the use of natural daylight and features rooftop terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows and contemporary decor throughout.
Both the EMCC and Orchard Hotel are operated by Devere Venues, and benefit from a central location with excellent transport links by road, rail and air. The venues are two miles from Nottingham city centre and railway station, four miles from the M1 motorway network and 10 miles from East Midlands Airport.

“We are delighted to have secured the facilities at the East Midlands Conference Centre and Orchard Hotel. The conference will be held in a purpose built state of the art auditorium (below), and the exhibition in a large purpose built space adjacent to the auditorium. The set up is ideal for our event.
“The 2015 committee will meet soon after this year’s conference to begin planning, and we intend to be in a position to accept delegate registrations in January 2015.”
