The joint RoSPA and Road Safety GB ‘drop in’ session on evaluation has been rescheduled for Wednesday 21 November, 11.30 – 12.30pm.
The session, which will take place on the Road Safety GB website, will be hosted by Lindsey Simpkins, RoSPA’s research and evaluation officer. The session will cover ‘aims and objectives’ and ‘survey question writing’.
Lindsey Simkins said: “While we all recognise the important role that evaluation has to play in determining the effectiveness of an intervention or initiative, we also acknowledge the challenges road safety practitioners face in carrying it out.
“In order to provide support and assistance with this important issue, we are jointly hosting what we hope will be a series of on-line evaluation ‘drop–in’ sessions live on the Road Safety GB website.”
There is no need to pre-register for the session – simply log onto the Road Safety GB website and it will be at the top of the page. Participants will be able to ask questions and seek advice about evaluation in practice. Questions will be submitted via the website, published in real time and answered live by Lindsey Simkins.
Questions submitted for the postponed drop in session (scheduled for 16 October) will be carried forward for this new session.
For more information about the ‘drop in’ session contact Lindsey Simkins on 0121 248 2149.
