The Highways Agency’s 2011 winter partnership marketing campaign reminds drivers about the importance of carrying out vital checks before setting off during the winter months.
The campaign continues with the theme ‘Make Time for Winter’ and reminds drivers about the importance of checking traffic and weather updates before and during their journeys, vehicle preparation and driving with care.
The winter driving campaign is traditionally the Highways Agency’s most important annual campaign. It comprises a toolkit of materials to enable the Agency’s partners to provide information for drivers and links to the Agency’s winter pages. Materials in the toolkit are designed for redistribution through partners’ respective communication channels including websites, newsletters, social media channels, and internal communications to their own employees.
The Agency will also channel the campaign through YouTube and Flickr.
