FirstCar has unveiled details of its second free webinar for road safety professionals on 1 October, which will cover the subject of video production.
The seminar follows FirstCar’s inaugural webinar earlier this month which covered the topic of social media.
During the seminar FirstCar’s in-house guru, Bill Thisdell, will explain that video – one of the most effective methods for conveying key messages to road users – is now more accessible than ever.
Bill will use the 40-minute session to guide road safety professionals through DIY video scripting, storyboarding, shooting and editing. He will also provide tips for “getting the most for your money” when commissioning professional video production.
James Evans, from FirstCar, said: “As many teenage YouTube bloggers have proven, popular and effective video is no longer the preserve of expensive media companies.
“We will use the webinar to show RSOs how to start using video to improve their road safety comms strategy without spending a single pound.”
