Roadsafetyresources.co.uk has announced a 50% sale on its range of road safety resources.

Alex Platt, manager at Studio Distract, the company behind roadsafetyresources.co.uk, says the sale is in direct response to public sector budget cuts across the UK.

He added: “We believe that every supplier needs to respond to these budget cuts in order to help road safety teams continue to operate.”

A number of the company’s DVD based resources have been nominated for National Educational Resource Awards.

One of these, ‘Wrecked’, was created for the Greater Manchester joint road safety team. Wrecked is an educational road safety resource aimed at provoking road safety based discussion among any age group. It consists of true-life stories delivered in a way designed to engage audiences of all backgrounds.

‘Wrecked’ was also shortlisted at The Big Chip Awards for Best Public Sector Project.
